In addition to the modern and advanced operating system, MEATDeli also strictly controls the input pig source. Applying the "3 quarantine lines" control system according to the instructions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Food Safety - Ministry of Health . Slaughter process

According to the process of producing cooled meat: when arriving at the factory, pigs are rested, given clean water and carefully cared for, then isolated and listened to relaxing music before being stunned with CO2 gas so that the pigs completely lose consciousness.
