Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, branches and sectors to coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology and relevant agencies and localities based on the List of non-administrative boundary implementation in Article 1 to implement the review and restructuring of electronic procedures for administrative procedures to receive, process and return results of administrative procedure records in accordance with regulations.

The Department of Science and Technology shall preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, sectors and localities to ensure that the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system meets the requirements for administrative delimitation, technical criteria, digital signatures and related conditions to facilitate the reception, digitization, settlement and return of results of administrative procedures without administrative boundaries, and direct the effective organization of propaganda and mobilization work for people and businesses to participate in administrative delimitation.

The People's Committees of communes and wards shall deploy the posting and publicization of the list of administrative procedures for receiving and returning results regardless of administrative boundaries at the Commune-level Administrative Service Center and the Electronic Information Pages of agencies, units and localities. Organize propaganda and guidance so that people, organizations and businesses know and implement.

The Provincial Public Administration Service Center, based on its assigned functions and tasks, shall coordinate with departments, branches, sectors and localities to deploy, monitor, inspect and urge agencies and localities to effectively implement the list of administrative procedures approved in Article 1 of this Decision. At the same time, it shall regularly review and summarize difficulties and problems arising, and propose to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to consider adjusting, amending and supplementing in accordance with legal regulations and the actual situation. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
