Hoa Phu Commune trains in digital transformation, focusing on artificial intelligence (AI)

On August 23 - 24, 2025, the People's Committee of Hoa Phu commune organized a digital transformation training conference with the participation of leaders, officials, civil servants of the commune, representatives of 46 enterprises, and 32 school management staff in the commune.

The training conference aims to raise awareness, equip basic knowledge and skills on digital transformation for leaders, cadres, civil servants, public employees; school managers; small and medium enterprises in the commune to understand and effectively apply digital platforms and tools in work at agencies and units, contributing to promoting technology application, improving work processes and implementing the commune's digital transformation goals.

The training program focused on applying AI to optimize administrative work and improve business efficiency. Experts presented an overview of the impact of AI on work, organizations and society, clarifying the role of AI in improving labor productivity; thinking about choosing and using the right tools of Gen AI.

Delegates participating in the training will practice effective communication skills with Gen AI; practice using Google AI Studio to plan business and optimize corporate governance and organizational performance; practice creating AI assistants; apply AI in content and material production for local media channels. Experts will also exchange, discuss and answer questions from delegates at the training conference.

With high determination and concrete steps, Hoa Phu commune is affirming its strong efforts in digital transformation. Organizing intensive training courses on technology application not only equips staff and businesses with practical skills but also demonstrates the strategic vision of local leaders in anticipating technological trends for socio-economic development, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals set out in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on "Breakthrough in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation".
