For the movement to achieve good results, comrade Nguyen Hong Phong suggested: The entire political system must participate resolutely and synchronously from the commune to each village and hamlet. Departments, branches and organizations must develop specific and practical action plans. Each cadre and party member must be a core, exemplary leader in learning, using technology and guiding and supporting people to get acquainted with and use digital services. Community digital technology groups need to promote the role of "extended arms", going to every alley, knocking on every door, directly going to each household to "hold hands and show them how to do things", helping people access technology right on their devices. Schools, businesses, cooperatives, banks must join together: students and young people are the pioneers; businesses are the bridge to bring local products to e-commerce platforms. The targets and tasks of the 100 peak days must be monitored, updated, and flexibly adjusted for each stage, in accordance with the local practical situation and instructions from superiors, promptly reported, and requested for direction from the province.
