Luc Yen Commune Trade Union visited and gave gifts to businesses on Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day

On the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day (October 13), Luc Yen Commune Trade Union organized a working delegation to visit, give gifts and congratulate businesses and production and business establishments in the commune.

At the places visited, the leaders of the Commune Union sent their best wishes to the team of entrepreneurs and owners of production and business establishments; and at the same time acknowledged the important contributions of the business community in the local socio -economic development.

After the union system receiving 100% salary from the state budget was dissolved, up to now, Luc Yen Commune Union has 22 grassroots unions, with over 1,700 union members.

Over the years, enterprise-based trade unions have played a good role as a bridge between workers and employers, effectively implementing grassroots democracy regulations; regularly coordinating dialogues, taking care of the material and spiritual lives of workers and laborers. Many units maintain welfare funds, support union members in difficult circumstances, organize visits and timely encouragement in times of illness or joy.

The trade unions of enterprises also actively participate in social activities, contributing hundreds of millions of VND to humanitarian movements, "repaying gratitude", supporting the "Fund for the poor", and building new rural areas. In addition, the movement "Good workers, creative workers" and the emulation "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" have been effectively implemented, contributing to improving productivity, product quality, and improving the working environment.
