This is not only an honor but also a great responsibility before the people. In my position, I will continue to strive to fulfill my military and national defense duties well; and at the same time, maximize the role of an elected representative.
My top priority is to listen attentively, fully reflect, and protect the legitimate opinions and aspirations of the people. I will dedicate more time to engaging with constituents, staying close to the grassroots, going to the scene, and listening firsthand, so that the issues of concern to the people, from livelihoods and social welfare to social order and security, are conveyed authentically and promptly to the parliamentary session.
Given my work in the armed forces, I am particularly interested in the close connection between socio -economic development and strengthening national defense and security. A sustainably developed city must be a safe and stable city. Therefore, I will actively participate in contributing to policy decisions aimed at building a strong defense zone and maintaining a peaceful environment for development.
My experience in national defense work has given me a more realistic perspective when participating in decision-making on city issues; conversely, my responsibility to the voters also motivates me to perform my professional duties better, all aimed at the highest goal of serving the people and firmly protecting the Fatherland.
I sincerely hope to continue receiving the trust, support, and especially the oversight of the voters. Frank and responsible feedback will be the driving force for me to constantly improve my skills and abilities, thereby better fulfilling my assigned duties and living up to the trust of the people and voters of the city.
Representative Le Ngoc Bao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Dien commune:

As a newly elected member of the City People's Council, I will prioritize issues directly related to the lives of the people and those that voters are most concerned about.
First and foremost, economic development must be linked to increasing people's income. I will focus on proposing and monitoring mechanisms and policies to effectively exploit the potential and advantages of each locality, especially the lagoon and coastal economy, agriculture , services, and industries capable of creating sustainable livelihoods. The ultimate goal is not just overall growth, but must translate into better jobs, income, and living standards for the people. Secondly, we must invest in synchronized, practical, and interconnected infrastructure. Voters are very concerned about transportation, irrigation, flood control, dikes, schools, health centers, cultural institutions, and essential public works. Thirdly, we must ensure social security, care for education, healthcare, the living environment, and maintain national defense and security, social order, and safety. Development must go hand in hand with fairness, safety, and quality of life.
I will dedicate adequate time to engaging with constituents, listening attentively, reflecting truthfully, and monitoring and expediting the resolution of legitimate people's requests, and providing feedback on the results of these resolutions to the people. I consider this both a responsibility and a political promise to my constituents throughout this term.
Representative Doan Huu Hao Vinh, Head of the Citizen Petition and Information Department of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council:

My top priority will be to continue to maintain close and intimate contact with voters to listen to and fully reflect their thoughts and aspirations to the relevant authorities; and to regularly monitor the resolution of voters' opinions and suggestions.
Secondly, proactively research policies, closely follow real-life situations, and participate in discussions on important city issues, focusing on developing and proposing policies to promote rapid and sustainable socio-economic development of the locality; accelerate digital transformation; and ensure social security, etc.
Thirdly, I will research and propose to the city government solutions to improve the mechanisms and policies on delineating authority between the city and communes/wards, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the government apparatus while strengthening inspection and supervision; building a government that is close to the people, responsive to their needs, fostering development, and serving the people. I will coordinate with relevant agencies to advise on promoting administrative reform, especially reducing administrative procedures, contributing to building a transparent, professional, and modern administration.
Fourth, effectively participate in the supervisory activities of the City People's Council; focusing on supervising the implementation of laws within the city; ensuring a connection between supervisory activities and the improvement of policies and laws.
