A chatbot has been launched to answer hundreds of questions about using E10 gasoline.

The Industry and Trade Newspaper has launched a chatbot on its website and the Ministry of Industry and Trade's information portal to answer questions about E10 gasoline, such as which vehicles can use E10 gasoline, fuel consumption rates, etc.

From June 1st, 2026, E10 bioethanol will be put into use nationwide according to the roadmap stipulated in Circular No. 50/2025/TT-BCT dated November 7th, 2025, of the Ministry of Industry and Trade . This is a new type of fuel, being widely applied for the first time, thus attracting considerable public attention.

To meet readers' information needs regarding this type of fuel, the Industry and Trade Newspaper has developed and launched a chatbot for Q&A about E10 gasoline.

The chatbot operates based on a set of hundreds of questions and answers compiled and reviewed by the editorial team, covering issues that readers are often interested in, such as which types of vehicles can use E10 gasoline, how to use it, fuel consumption levels, or mandatory conversion schedules…

When a reader enters a question, the system searches this database and provides the most relevant answer. In addition, the chatbot also suggests related questions for readers to choose from, receiving accurate and immediate answers based on pre-compiled and reviewed content. This saves readers time and eliminates the need to search multiple sources.

For questions that don't have readily available answers, the chatbot doesn't generate content automatically but records it for the editorial team to add, thereby ensuring that the information provided to readers is always accurate and minimizing errors.

The chatbot is integrated into the online newspaper Cong Thuong at congthuong.vn and the Ministry of Industry and Trade's electronic portal, and can be conveniently used on both computers and mobile phones.

This product was researched and developed by the Digital Transformation and Innovation Task Force of the Industry and Trade Newspaper (Task Force 57). This is an initial experiment, built with the desire to provide readers with a fast, convenient, and reliable information retrieval channel.

The Industry and Trade Newspaper is also actively receiving feedback and suggestions from readers to further improve the chatbot and better serve the needs of those seeking information about E10 bioethanol.

Previously, the Industry and Trade Newspaper launched the column "E10 Gasoline - Understanding Correctly, Using Effectively" to provide accurate, timely, and official information about E10 gasoline .
