According to the Ministry of Justice's Electronic Information Portal, speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh said: The National Law Portal is a comprehensive digital legal ecosystem, connecting national legal databases, public legal services and social legal aid activities. The system allows people and businesses to look up updated legal documents, contribute comments to draft legal documents, send feedback and receive transparent and timely feedback in the digital environment. The portal also integrates specialized legal support utilities, connects networks of lawyers, law firms, legal aid organizations, etc.
In particular, the system applies artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically answer common legal questions, providing real-time information, contributing to the construction of digital government , digital citizens and digital society. People can access legal policies and legal services quickly with just a few steps, instead of having to go to public authorities.

At the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh experienced the “Legal AI” system with questions about the authority of the National Assembly, the Government, ministries, branches, and localities in budget management and public investment; institutional bottlenecks that need to be removed to implement Resolution 66 on innovation in law making and enforcement; and highlights of Resolution 68 on private economic development. The answers provided by AI are timely, accurate, and complete.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the National Legal Portal is not only a technological tool but also clearly demonstrates the political commitment to building a modern, transparent, honest and effective governance system.
The Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Justice to continue to coordinate with relevant agencies to improve features, expand information fields, regularly update "correct, sufficient, clean, and live" data, ensuring the system operates smoothly, safely, intelligently, and friendly. Research and apply advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data to improve service quality and operational efficiency of the Portal. At the same time, it is necessary to integrate the English language and develop a set of criteria to measure operational efficiency such as the number of reflections, recommendations, and legal requests processed monthly.
