The "Community Cultural Center - House of Wisdom" in Khe Giao II village (Ngoc Son commune, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh province) helps promote cultural and sports activities and strengthen community bonds.

Leaders of Thach Ha district and various agencies presented many meaningful gifts to the people of Khe Giao II village.
The community cultural center – a house of wisdom – in Khe Giao II village, Ngoc Son commune, was built with a total cost of 139 million VND. It houses a small library with many books and a computer system connected to the internet, providing residents and students with opportunities to update their knowledge and enhance their understanding.
In addition, many established clubs, teams, and groups will have more space for their activities, such as: health and wellness clubs, recreational volleyball clubs, chess clubs, table tennis clubs, folk dance clubs, etc.

The community cultural center – a house of wisdom – once put into use, will contribute to fulfilling the cultural criteria in building model new rural areas. At the same time, it will enhance the role of promoting education and talent development, fostering a reading culture among all segments of the population and students, and contributing to building a cultural life in residential areas.

In the coming period, Ngoc Son commune will continue to call for and mobilize support to supplement and improve facilities to more effectively meet the learning, living, and entertainment needs of the people.
Reportedly, this is the sixth "Smart House" in Thach Ha district. Previously, this model had been implemented in the following villages: Tan Tien (Tan Lam Huong), Sam Loc (Tuong Son), Trung Tien (Viet Tien), Song Hoanh (Luu Vinh Son), and Bac Thuong (Thach Dai).
