The community cultural house - the intellectual house in Khe Giao II village, Ngoc Son commune was built with a total cost of 139 million VND. There is a small library with many books and a computer system connected to the internet so that people and students can update their knowledge and improve their understanding.
In addition, many established clubs, teams, and groups will have more space for activities such as: health club, volleyball club, chess club, table tennis club, folk dance club...
The house of wisdom is a place for all classes of people...
The community cultural house - the intellectual house after being put into use will contribute to the implementation of cultural criteria in building a model new rural area. At the same time, it will enhance the role of promoting learning, promoting talents, developing reading culture among the people and students, contributing to building a cultural life in residential areas.

In the coming time, Ngoc Son commune will continue to call for and mobilize support to supplement and complete more institutions to more effectively meet the learning, living and entertainment needs of the people.
It is known that this is the 6th intellectual house in Thach Ha. Previously, this model was deployed in the villages: Tan Tien (Tan Lam Huong), Sam Loc (Tuong Son), Trung Tien (Viet Tien), Song Hoanh (Luu Vinh Son) and Bac Thuong (Thach Dai).
