Volunteers to support the construction of the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen Transmission Line Project

From July 5 to August 19, union members and youth in 18 communes where the Lao Cai - Vinh Yen 500kV transmission line project passes through will launch a peak emulation campaign to volunteer to support the construction of the Lao Cai - Vinh Yen 500kV transmission line project.

Youth Union members of Dai Dinh commune launched a peak emulation campaign to volunteer to support the construction of the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen transmission line project.

Specifically, youth union members participated in supporting the following communes: Bang Luan, Tay Coc, Doan Hung, Chan Mong, Quang Yen, Tram Than, Phu My, Dan Chu, Tam Duong Bac, Dai Dinh, Tam Dao, Hop Ly, Thai Hoa, Lap Thach, Lien Hoa, Binh Tuyen.

The implementation content includes organizing propaganda on mass media and social networks about the purpose, meaning and importance of project implementation; organizing to grasp youth public opinion on social networks about the project implementation process; establishing youth propaganda and mobilization teams to create consensus among union members, youth and people on the implementation of the Lao Cai - Vinh Yen 500kV transmission line project.

Youth Union members help people move their property, dismantle houses, and clear the area.

Along with that, participating in site clearance such as: maintaining youth volunteer teams to coordinate in implementing activities to support asset relocation, house demolition, clearing the route corridor, cutting down trees, supporting the construction of camps, temporary housing projects for people to relocate...

The peak emulation period demonstrates the responsibility and spirit of volunteerism of the youth union members in participating in ensuring national energy security, implementing the strategy of socio -economic development goals; in which, focusing on implementing volunteer activities to participate in supporting the acceleration of progress and completion of the Lao Cai - Vinh Yen 500kV transmission line project before August 19, 2025.
