The enthusiasm is spreading from the grassroots.
As a core force on the cultural front, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Cultural and Film Center has proactively developed plans and implemented various forms of propaganda in a coordinated manner, ensuring adherence to political guidelines, relevance to local realities, and suitability for each target group.
Comrade Tai Dinh Tinh, Director of the Provincial Cultural and Film Center, affirmed: “The 14th National Congress of the Party is an event of special significance, therefore, propaganda work must be one step ahead, creating a foundation of awareness and social consensus. We determine that propaganda is not just about transmitting information, but about arousing faith, creating a spirit of emulation and civic responsibility in each citizen.”
Based on that spirit, many forms of propaganda have been implemented flexibly and effectively. Particularly noteworthy is the mobile propaganda activity, with over 20 mobile information vehicles reaching residential areas, commune and ward centers, and villages. Mountainous roads and remote areas, where access to information is limited, have become "channels" bringing information closer to the people through visual, vivid, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-remember methods.
Alongside mobile propaganda activities, the Center organized the editing and recording of propaganda materials, providing unified content for the grassroots information system, contributing to improving the quality of information and propaganda work.
Urban and rural spaces these days are also taking on a new look. Along main roads, in central areas and public places, a system of billboards, posters, banners, slogans, pennants, and string flags... are designed and installed uniformly, solemnly, and aesthetically pleasing. Messages praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and welcoming the 14th National Congress are harmoniously present in daily life, creating a political and cultural atmosphere that is both solemn and approachable.
In this general context, preparations for the Art Program commemorating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026) are being carried out urgently and seriously by the Center. The program will take place on the evening of February 3, 2026, at 26/3 Square (Ha Giang 1 Ward). With the theme "Spring Offering to the Party," the 90-minute program will bring together over 500 performers and collaborators, including staff and employees of the Center; students from the Thai Nguyen University branch in Ha Giang; art groups, dance clubs, Then singing groups, folk dance groups… along with guest singer Giang Hoa.
Notably, the propaganda efforts went beyond visual displays and were expanded to include highly interactive community cultural activities. The Organizing Committee invited over 20 folk dance clubs from Ha Giang 1 and Ha Giang 2 wards to participate in performances. The lively and engaging folk dances promise to attract a large number of locals and tourists to join in, creating an atmosphere of excitement and transforming the propaganda into a natural and emotionally rich community cultural activity.
A space filled with faith.
The atmosphere of celebrating the Party and looking forward to the 14th National Congress is not only vibrant in the provincial center, but also strongly spreads to every rural area and every cultural and historical space rich in significance.
In Tan Trao, the capital of the Liberation Zone, the capital of the Resistance, the birthplace of many historical decisions of the Party, the atmosphere surrounding the Congress was solemn and warm. A large number of cadres, Party members, and the people gathered to watch the Congress sessions on television, filled with pride and profound confidence.
That sentiment continues to be felt in Lung Cu, the sacred northernmost point of the Fatherland. The solemn flag-raising ceremony at the foot of the National Flagpole has become a vivid symbol of unwavering faith, affirming the will to unite, the determination to safeguard national sovereignty and borders, and the spirit of labor and production to build the homeland.
In Dong Van commune, the celebratory atmosphere surrounding the Party was expressed through cultural and artistic activities, parades, the launch of grassroots art clubs, the preservation of Mong folk songs, and the organization of art festivals linked to sustainable tourism development.
Meanwhile, in Meo Vac commune, the art program "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating the Spring of the Year of the Horse 2026" with the theme "The Colors of Spring in the Highlands - Faith in the Party" has become a cultural highlight rich in emotion, spreading the spirit of unity, optimism, and aspiration for progress among the people of all ethnic groups...
The series of cultural, artistic, and propaganda activities celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Party in Tuyen Quang are not just isolated events, but a comprehensive picture of faith, enthusiasm, and aspirations for development. It is the culmination of glorious revolutionary traditions with a spirit of innovation and creativity; of cultural depth with the pulse of the times; and of the Party's will and the people's aspirations.
From Tuyen Quang, the former capital of the Liberation Zone and the former capital of the Resistance, today's faith is being firmly built, welcoming the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party with the expectation of opening a new path of development: a strong and prosperous Vietnam; Tuyen Quang rising strongly in the new era.
