Every road and street in Hanoi has been adorned with a new look, vibrant with flags, banners, and slogans, creating a lively and solemn scene to welcome this momentous political event for the country and the Party.

Extensive propaganda activities demonstrate the unwavering faith of cadres, Party members, and the people in the Party's leadership, arousing patriotism, self-reliance, civic responsibility, and a determination to compete in labor, production, study, and work to confidently enter a new era for the nation.

The People's Committee of Quoc Oai commune has directed relevant units to hang flags and banners along the Thang Long Boulevard service road, in residential areas, and around the headquarters of various agencies to create a joyful atmosphere to welcome the Party Congress.
