Colors of Van Ho tourism

With its limestone plateau terrain, Van Ho district has many beautiful, majestic, diverse natural landscapes distributed throughout the district. There are also colorful grasslands with green tea hills and grasslands; many beautiful waterfalls still intact, such as: Chieng Khoa waterfall in Chieng Khoa commune; Tat Nang waterfall in Chieng Yen commune... Van Ho district has many ethnic groups, each ethnic group has its own traditional culture, with its own identity, preserved and developed, creating a diverse and colorful cultural picture.

One of the stops that attracts many tourists when coming to Van Ho is “A Chu Homestay” of the Mong Trang ethnic man A Chu - a pioneer in community tourism in Hua Tat village, Van Ho commune, which has a modern and unique style but still retains the unique culture of the Mong ethnic group. Every month, the homestay welcomes about 200 tourists, including many international visitors.

Activities to promote, link and develop tourism products have been carried out with attention, initially creating the image of the destination and positioning the brand of Van Ho tourism products in association with tourism in the province and the region, contributing to attracting domestic and international tourists. Up to now, Van Ho district has attracted 8 large-scale investment projects in the system of high-class hotels and resorts of corporations and companies, with a total capital of 452 billion VND. In the district, there are 12 motels and resorts; 17 establishments operating community motels; 6 establishments providing tourism services.

Many cultural and tourism events are organized by Van Ho, such as: Coordinating the organization of the VTV Cup Off Road Motorcycle Race in 2022 and 2023; Art program "Van Ho - Flow of Ideas" on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Van Ho district; peach blossom festival, Long Luong commune; ban flower festival, Chieng Khoa commune... Van Ho is the destination of the Miss World Tourism 2022. The events attract a large number of tourists to participate, contributing to promoting the image of Van Ho tourism to investors and domestic and foreign tourists.

Unique cultural features, along with many famous landscapes and landscapes have created products that attract tourists. Van Ho has become an increasingly attractive destination for tourists to visit, explore and experience, contributing to promoting the development of Moc Chau National Tourist Area.
