Samsung's latest partnership comes amid growing legal restrictions on Chinese AI service providers. The mainland authorities have issued new guidelines and regulations to ensure AI-generated content conforms to government guidelines.
China is one of the first countries in the world to regulate domestically generated AI services, targeting all AI-generated content services, including text, images, audio, and video. Authorities require businesses providing products to the public to promote wholesome content and adhere to core socialist values.
