Navy prepares plan to organize armed forces parade at sea
Implementing the direction of the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense , the Navy is urgently coordinating with agencies and units to develop a plan to organize a parade of armed forces at sea.
On July 26, Rear Admiral Nguyen Van Bach - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Navy requested: Forces and subordinate units must strictly comply with discipline; closely manage troop numbers; and ensure absolute safety during the entire mission.
This is an opportunity for Navy officers and soldiers to demonstrate their competitive spirit and aspiration to contribute to the cause of firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland; at the same time, make achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on September 2.
According to the Rear Admiral, the units focused on organizing good logistics and technical work, especially ensuring the technical condition of ships, boats, equipment and weapons during training and participation in the parade.
Stick to the plan, organize mobile training according to the approved plan, form tight parade formations and promptly draw lessons from each training session to improve overall quality.
It is known that the armed forces parade at sea will be held in Khanh Hoa province with the participation of forces from the Navy, Vietnam Coast Guard, Border Guard and Military Region 5.
In which, the Navy's forces and means play a core role, with the participation of Kilo 636 submarines, surface ships, Naval Air Force and other specialized units.
Over the past time, the units participating in the parade have developed detailed plans; selected elite forces; organized specialized training for each ship; trained in parade ceremonies at the wharf, such as saluting the flag; practiced moving in formation and formation; handled situations at sea, practiced on maps, sand tables and maneuvered back to the wharf.
All vehicles, weapons, equipment and military equipment used in the parade have been thoroughly inspected and maintained, ensuring the best technical condition and readiness to serve the mission in real conditions.
