This is a unique regional festival that attracts a large number of locals and tourists from all over to participate and listen to Quan Ho folk songs. To date, the authorities in Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province, have completed preparations for the Lim Festival.
According to Ngo Xuan Tinh, Head of the Culture and Information Department of Tien Du District, in order for the Lim Festival to take place smoothly and meet the aspirations of the people and visitors from all over, the district established the Steering Committee for the Lim Festival in the Spring of the Year of the Dragon 2024 early on and developed a plan for management and organization.
The 2024 Lim Festival was held in three communes formerly belonging to the Noi Due district, now Lim town, and the communes of Noi Due and Lien Bao, Tien Du district. The festival center was Hong Van mountain (Lim mountain) in Lim town.
In 2024, the festival included a ceremony offering incense at Hong An Pagoda and the tomb of General Nguyen Dinh Dien on Lim Hill on the 12th day of the first lunar month, and a procession of the sacred decree from Lo Bao village communal house to Dinh Ca village communal house, followed by traditional incense offerings at communal houses, temples, and pagodas in the villages of Noi Due and Lien Bao communes and Lim town on the 13th day of the first lunar month.

The Organizing Committee has directed the cleaning of the Lim Hill area and the roads surrounding the festival grounds before, during, and after the festival; the installation of advertising panels promoting Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk songs; and the Lim Festival map at the entrance to the festival area...
The Organizing Committee focused on selecting Quan Ho clubs to perform at the festival.
