The content of "following Uncle Ho's example" is implemented through concrete and practical actions in work and daily life.

In wards, communes, or sectors that frequently interact directly with the people, studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings always goes hand in hand with handling professional work and effectively implementing the Code of Conduct in the workplace based on the principle of "putting the people at the center of service." Localities, agencies, and units have reviewed and selected pressing, complex issues, and issues of public concern to focus on resolving, creating positive changes in many areas.

To promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, Hanoi recognizes that propaganda plays a crucial role, and is exploring new approaches to convey this message to the people, overcoming formalism and rigid slogans.

In many districts and counties, efforts have focused on disseminating information through online groups and Fanpages, featuring articles, stories, actions, and exemplary individuals who have excelled in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's example.

In addition, through visual propaganda posters, large murals in residential areas and schools, and short plays, many meaningful messages and contents have been conveyed. This has created a strong shift in awareness and action throughout the Party, the political system, and the people of Hanoi... Many districts and counties have combined the use of theatrical performances featuring the image of Ho Chi Minh in thematic study sessions, which have been effectively absorbed by cadres, Party members, and the people.

The content of "following" Uncle Ho's example has been implemented through concrete and practical actions in work and daily life. Localities, agencies, and units have reviewed and selected pressing, complex issues, and issues of public concern, to focus on resolving them, creating positive changes in many areas.

At the same time, the city focuses on disseminating information through identifying, nurturing, commending, publicizing, and replicating exemplary individuals and advanced models with seemingly small but simple and relatable actions to create a wider ripple effect. Through this, Ho Chi Minh's viewpoints, thoughts, and style deeply permeate the awareness of each cadre and Party member, thereby creating a transformation in their actions and daily work.

From there, the impact has led to a positive transformation in "learning" into "following," bringing the daily "following" of Uncle Ho by cadres and Party members, from small actions linked to responsibility and public service ethics, into a more systematic, high-quality, and effective practice. Over the past period, thousands of ordinary examples in everyday life have also contributed to making life better and more civilized.

It can be said that, according to the themes determined each year, units in the city are increasingly focusing on improving the work style of their officials; overcoming and preventing the disease of achieving superficial results, formalism, and ostentation; building the image of officials and Party members who are close to the people, listen to the people's opinions, and linking the responsibility of setting an example in studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings with the emulation movements of their own units and localities.
