To celebrate the cultural beauty and abundance of Southern Vietnamese agricultural products, Suoi Tien Cultural Tourism Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with departments and agencies of Ho Chi Minh City and domestic and international partners, officially organized the 22nd Southern Fruit Festival.
With the emotionally evocative theme "The Sound of the Alluvial River - The Flow of the Origins - Continuing the Culture," this year's festival is not merely a summer tourism event, but also a place to preserve and spread traditional values through new forms of expression that are relatable to the younger generation.
The event will officially open on the morning of May 31st, with the highlight being the choral show "Sounds of the Alluvial Plains". This is a unique blend of folk music and contemporary style, combining hip-hop dance and sweet traditional Vietnamese folk songs to vividly recreate the beauty of the riverine region.

Notably, this year's festival marks a major breakthrough by introducing, for the first time, a series of impressive nighttime entertainment activities. Visitors will enjoy an art show on a water stage with modern lighting effects, admire a magical "talking" giant fruit pathway, and watch a theatrical performance of Son Tinh Thuy Tinh with dramatic martial arts battles, creating a captivating nighttime entertainment space.
One of the central art installations and a new visual symbol of this year's festival is the giant fruit sculpture titled "The Sound of the Alluvial Flow." Developed as a large-scale art installation combining light and modern performance technology, this work perfectly recreates the scenery of boats, floating markets, and gardens in Southern Vietnam.
In addition, making its debut at the festival, the "Western Hammock Station" will offer a rustic resting space with a swaying hammock, a refreshing cup of sweet tea, and traditional dishes such as noodle soup, savory pancakes, and other folk cakes, allowing visitors to experience the simple life of the local people.

For food lovers, the specialty fruit market and food street at Suoi Tien Farm are must-visit destinations. The fruit market brings together hundreds of varieties of fresh produce from all over the country, and connects visitors directly with farmers through activities such as picking fruit directly from the trees, cycling to explore the farm, and learning about high-tech agricultural models.
As part of the event, Suoi Tien collaborated with the OM Nuong brand to launch the dish "Southern Garden Flaming Beef - Twenty-Six Seasons of Southern Fruits". This dish utilizes the flavors of 26 types of specialty fruits from Southern Vietnam and aims to set a Vietnamese record.
Beyond cultural and culinary activities, the festival also features the Suoi Tien Farm exhibition, showcasing a high-tech agricultural model combined with experiential tourism, demonstrating the unit's commitment to green and sustainable development.

Throughout the summer, Suoi Tien also hosts a series of large-scale community and international exchange events such as: the Vietnam Green Day; the Run for the Community; the TouchFes Summer 2026 event; the Vietnam-Japan Culture and Music Festival; and the event celebrating the successful conclusion of the First Congress of the Union of Friendship Organizations for the 2026-2031 term.
These activities contribute to expanding the scope of tourism connections and fostering strong cultural exchange between Vietnam and international friends.
Accompanying the exciting activities is a great promotional program for visitors. Specifically, on the opening day, May 31st, the organizers will give away 2,000 entrance tickets to the first visitors (adults and children) wearing traditional Vietnamese ao dai or ao ba ba.
On International Children's Day, June 1st, children between 1m and 1.4m tall accompanied by an adult will receive free entry. From June 1st to August 30th, 2026, outstanding students with certificates of merit from the 2025-2026 school year will also receive a 50% discount on train ticket entrance fees.
