Construction of the access road project to 3 bridges on Provincial Road 827E will start before August 19.

The project of access roads to 3 bridges on Provincial Road (DT) 827E is a key traffic project of Tay Ninh province, which is of great significance in connecting regional infrastructure and promoting socio-economic development. The project was approved for investment with a total investment of more than 3,040 billion VND, including 2 main components: Construction of access roads and site clearance.

Component project 2 is site clearance for bridge and approach road construction, with a total recovered area of about 89.35 hectares, passing through 6 communes: Can Giuoc, My Le, Can Duoc, Vam Co, Tan Tru and Tam Vu.

Component 1 project is to build access roads to 3 bridges with a scale of 4 lanes, at the connecting sections of the bridge will be widened to 6 lanes to ensure smooth traffic. The total investment for this project is 1,433 billion VND, using the provincial budget and other legally mobilized capital sources. In the 2025 plan, the province has allocated 200 billion VND. It is expected that the project will be implemented from 2025 to 2028.

The Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board is urgently implementing the contractor selection process, with a plan to start construction packages before August 19, 2025. The entire project is divided into 4 main packages.

Package 1 (from DT826 to Vam Co Dong River) is worth more than 276.3 billion VND. Package 2 (from Vam Co Dong River to Huynh Van Danh Street) is worth more than 350.8 billion VND. Package 3 (from Huynh Van Danh Street to Vam Co Tay River) is worth more than 298.7 billion VND. Package 4 (from Vam Co Tay River to DT827B) is worth more than 132.1 billion VND.

Meanwhile, component project 2 is site clearance for bridge and approach road construction, with a length of more than 10.5km, total recovered land area of about 89.35ha, passing through 6 communes including: Can Giuoc, My Le, Can Duoc, Vam Co, Tan Tru and Tam Vu.

The total investment for this site clearance component is 1,607 billion VND, from the provincial budget and other legal capital sources. In 2025, the capital plan is 1,575 billion VND, by mid-July 2025, the disbursement has reached more than 327.8 billion VND, equivalent to more than 20.8%.

Recently, compensation, support and resettlement work has been focused on by localities. By mid-July 2025, in Can Giuoc commune, 309/316 households had been distrained, and the first phase of the plan had been approved for 76 households with a total amount of more than 111.5 billion VND, on an area of more than 43,758m².

In My Le and Can Duoc communes, the seizure of 312/312 households has been completed, compensation plans for 201 households have been approved, of which 68 households have been paid a total amount of more than 16.5 billion VND, with a payment area of more than 8,944 square meters.

In Vam Co and Tan Tru communes, 449/453 households have been distrained. In Tam Vu commune alone, compensation plans have been approved for 120 households with a total value of more than 147 billion VND, of which 140.5 billion VND will be paid to 112 households on an area of more than 83,991m².

People in Tan Tru commune were informed specifically about the compensation plan.

Currently, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center is taking over the task of compensation, support, and resettlement to implement according to schedule. According to the plan, in August 2025, payment and handover of the site will be made, creating conditions for construction.

Currently, the investor is urgently selecting contractors and preparing to start construction of the access road project to 3 bridges on DT827E route before August 19, 2025, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025)./.
