
Andrew Vo holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Simon Fraser University (Canada) and has over 25 years of experience in finance, banking, and investment in Vietnam and internationally. He has held numerous senior management positions at international financial institutions and businesses, including: Senior Director at VinaWealth Fund Management JSC; Deputy General Director at Honeywell - VCT; General Director of NextView in Vietnam; and Senior Advisor at HSBC Canada and TD Canada Trust.
Joining SeABank in 2015, Andrew Vo has held many important roles such as Director of Investment, Head of Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office, Deputy General Director, and Director of External Relations and Project Development.
Since 2020, SeABank has implemented numerous international cooperation projects with leading global financial institutions to serve priority areas including green finance, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), women-owned businesses, and inclusive finance. To date, the Bank has successfully raised over US$1.1 billion from international financial institutions such as IFC, DFC, ADB, Norfund, Proparco, FMO, etc.
The appointment of Mr. Andrew Vo as Deputy General Director aims to further strengthen and enhance the capabilities of the executive team, thereby promoting SeABank's sustainable development strategy in the new phase. Following the restructuring, SeABank's Board of Directors consists of one General Director and nine Deputy General Directors, all of whom are experienced senior leaders with long tenures and a strong commitment to the bank's development. This provides a foundation for SeABank to continue improving its competitiveness and aiming to become a leading retail bank.
