Playing away at Topeland Binh Dinh's home ground, Hong Linh Ha Tinh 's players put in a valiant effort, ultimately securing a 1-1 draw against their opponents.

At 6 PM this evening (August 6th), Hong Linh Ha Tinh will be playing away against Topeland Binh Dinh in Round 5, Phase 2 of the Championship Group.

The team from Binh Dinh aims to secure three points after a series of losses and draws. A victory would help Coach Nguyen Duc Thang's squad keep alive their hopes of finishing in the top five of the tournament.

Despite missing their main striker Rafelson, Binh Dinh were still considered the stronger team thanks to their home advantage.

Meanwhile, Hong Linh Ha Tinh is also determined to defeat their opponent to secure their first victory in phase 2. The team from Hong Mountain fielded almost their strongest lineup.

Coach Nguyen Thanh Cong continued to employ a defensive counter-attacking strategy. Right from the first half, Binh Dinh pushed forward in search of a goal. However, in the 6th minute, Binh Dinh received a setback.

Hong Linh Ha Tinh launched a counter-attack, and center-back Nguyen Ngoc Thang's shot from outside the penalty area was inaccurate, the ball landing right in front of Tran Phi Son. The midfielder from Huong Son controlled the ball with his chest and then unleashed a bicycle kick to beat goalkeeper Van Lam, opening the scoring for the visiting team.

After conceding a goal, the team from Binh Dinh pressed forward in attack. In the 12th minute, Ha Duc Chinh had a chance to shoot inside the penalty area, but his shot went wide of the crossbar. Immediately afterwards, a Hong Linh Ha Tinh player made a mistake right in front of the penalty area, giving Cao Van Trien a chance to shoot, but the ball hit the post.

After equalizing, Binh Dinh continued to threaten their opponents, while Hong Linh Ha Tinh revealed many gaps in their defense. In the 17th minute, Binh Dinh almost took the lead 2-1 when their striker shot into an empty net from 3 meters away.

In the 28th minute, Hong Linh Ha Tinh launched a quick counter-attack. Diallo had a chance to face Van Lam but was unable to finish after being blocked by the opposing defender. Shortly after, Pinto missed another opportunity to increase Hong Linh Ha Tinh's lead. The first half ended with a 1-1 draw.

In the second half, Hong Linh Ha Tinh made substitutions, bringing on Dinh Thanh Trung and Vu Quang Nam. These changes helped the team's play become more fluid and allowed them to control the game better.

Both teams had dangerous opportunities but failed to convert them into goals. In the 71st minute, Cao Văn Triền had a one-on-one situation with goalkeeper Thanh Tùng, but the Bình Định midfielder couldn't score.

In the 78th minute, Bui Van Duc, Dinh Thanh Trung, and Vu Quang Nam had three consecutive shots but couldn't beat goalkeeper Van Lam. The match ended with a 1-1 draw.
