Skoda Vietnam launches New Karoq with many valuable upgrades

True to the assertion “Original from Europe – Superior experience”, the New Karoq brings customers all the values of a high-class imported car.

The car's chassis is MQB A1, reinforced with hot-stamped Press Hardened steel in important positions such as A-pillar, B-pillar, and vehicle floor, providing maximum driver protection in many unexpected collision situations.

The car is equipped with a 1.4 TSI engine with a capacity of 150 PS, maximum torque of 250 Nm achieved at low rpm combined with an 8-speed gearbox.

Another highlight is the Full LED matrix headlight system that provides superior lighting efficiency. The New Karoq can expand the beam angle, automatically adjust the light intensity to traffic conditions, and can ensure safety for oncoming vehicles when not exposed to strong direct light.

Passengers are also kept safe with blind spot warning and rear cross traffic alert. A very useful feature on the highway is the adaptive cruise control (ACC) feature, which is also available on the New Karoq.

After test drives, many car reviewers in Vietnam rated the New Karoq versions as having the same level of stability as high-end European cars, with the ability to quickly dampen vibrations when going over potholes and speed bumps. The car's gearbox also provides a top-notch experience in the segment.

New Karoq has two versions, meeting all customer needs.

Karoq Premium – Safe SUV, high-class amenities

Keeping the values of the car line and European quality, Karoq Premium is equipped with 18-inch Miran rims, 2-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel with a gentle design. The car's entertainment system is equipped with wireless Carplay/Android Auto and 8 high-end speakers.

Passengers are cared for by a dual-zone air conditioning system that filters gases such as hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide. The air in the car will always be fresh and passengers will no longer be affected by factors such as pollen.

The front seats of the car can be electrically adjusted in 12 directions and there are many other sophisticated details, helping users so that the car can serve users fully.

Karoq Premium is offered in 05 colors, including 04 Metallic colors: Moon White, Red Velvet, Graphite Grey and Magic Black, besides 01 single Solid option: Steel Grey.

Karoq Sportline – Sporty SUV

As the name suggests, the Karoq Sportline is a sporty car with 19-inch wheels combined with a special exterior package.

The car is equipped with a 360 camera and a panoramic sunroof. A new feature that will help all drivers is the Parking Assistant.

In addition to the equipment available on the Premium version, the Karoq Sportline also has a wireless charging system and an entertainment system with 10 Canton speakers.

The Karoq Sportline version has 04 color options, including 03 metallic metallic colors: Red Velvet (red), Graphite Grey (gray) and Magic Black (black), and 01 single color in the Solid - monochrome, minimalist direction: Steel Grey.

Two new versions of Karoq are ready to be delivered to customers in May 2025, with prices as follows:

New Karoq Premium: 1,009 billion VND
New Karoq Sportline: 1,129 billion VND

Currently, Skoda Vietnam is extending the warranty from 3 years to 5 years or 150,000 km (whichever comes first) for New Karoq vehicles sold from May. The program is applied from May 2025 until further notice for all retail vehicles on the market.

New Karoq was launched with a series of activities including Media soft Launch held at Skoda Vietnam Experience Center (No. 2 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi ) on May 27-29, attracting the participation of many press agencies and prestigious domestic reviewers.

From May 31 to June 1 is the launch event for customers, held at Skoda Vietnam Experience Center (No. 2 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi) & Skoda Go Vap Dealer (No. 255 Nguyen Van Luong, Go Vap, Ho Chi Minh City). From June 6 to 8, it will be displayed at Aeon Mall Binh Tan (Ho Chi Minh City) and from June 2 to June 30, there will be display and test drive activities at the authorized Skoda Dealer system in Vietnam.
