In the first 6 months of 2023, the Steering Committee of the program to coordinate the mobilization of the masses to build and defend the Fatherland at all levels has made many innovations and creativity in coordinating the implementation of the contents and coordination programs, achieving positive results. It has focused on promoting propaganda and mobilizing people, members, union members, officers and soldiers of the armed forces to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; coordinating to participate in building a strong local political base, consolidating national defense and security, preventing crime, developing the economy, culture, society, eliminating hunger and reducing poverty, building new rural areas; coordinating to well implement movements, campaigns, social policies, and military rear policies; Focus on building, consolidating and improving the quality of activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and armed forces... Many models have been deployed to mobilize the participation of union members, members of socio-political organizations, people of all walks of life and soldiers of the armed forces. Typical models include the model of "turning waste into money" of the Provincial Women's Union; "Helping children go to school" of the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Border Guard; "Reforming offenders into good citizens" of the Provincial Police; "Farmers do not abandon fallow fields, actively participate in land accumulation for commodity production" of the Provincial Farmers' Association; "Protecting poverty reduction" of the Provincial Red Cross; "Volunteering to develop the economy and build and protect the Fatherland" of the Provincial Youth Union. 40 voluntary blood donation campaigns have been organized, collecting 6,540 units of blood; Built 99 new houses of gratitude, repaired 50 houses of charity with a budget of over 4,100 billion VND; examined and provided free medicine to over 2,000 people, visited and presented 145,140 gifts, and presented 10,000 national flags.

Speaking at the conference, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and Head of the Steering Committee requested members to seriously implement the four key contents that were signed in 2023. In particular, members monitoring and in charge of districts and cities need to be more vigilant, fight against the distorted and divisive arguments of hostile forces, especially in cyberspace; coordinate to grasp the people's situation, advise Party committees and authorities at all levels to resolve cases right from the grassroots level, not allowing them to become hot spots. Maintain self-management models well. Implement patriotic emulation movements well, promote socio -economic development. The Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations proactively develop content, improve the quality of social supervision and criticism work, create conditions for people to participate in Party building, build a strong government; advise on good resolution of social policies and military rear policies.
