Currently, the Provincial Social Protection Center under the Department of Health is caring for and nurturing 227 subjects, including 102 orphans, children in especially difficult circumstances; 113 subjects with mental disabilities, homeless; 6 lonely elderly people; 6 disabled people...
Over the past time, the Center has always done a good job of receiving, managing, and nurturing orphans, abandoned children, children in especially difficult circumstances, lonely elderly people, and people with disabilities; actively mobilizing support resources from the community and philanthropists to improve and enhance the lives of orphans, lonely elderly people, homeless people, and mentally ill people in the Center.
