ASEAN Family Day is one of the annual activities aimed at promoting the spirit of the ASEAN community.

On February 16th, as part of the activities of the ASEAN Committee in Greece (ACAT), ASEAN countries organized ASEAN Family Day with a friendly bowling competition among ASEAN nations.
The event was attended by all members and their families, as well as staff from the diplomatic missions of ASEAN countries in Athens.

In his opening remarks, the Ambassador of Thailand, the host country of the event, emphasized that ASEAN Family Day is one of the annual activities of ASEAN countries aimed at promoting the spirit of the ASEAN community.
Speaking at the event in her capacity as Chair of ACAT, Vietnamese Ambassador Pham Thi Thu Huong welcomed the active participation of all countries, demonstrating that ASEAN is a family, and thanked the Thai Ambassador for presiding over this meaningful event.

The 2025 ASEAN Friendly Bowling Tournament will feature four teams, each with 12 players, comprising representatives from all four ASEAN member countries in Athens.
The prize structure included first and second place overall team prizes, first place in women's singles, and first place in men's singles. The athletes enthusiastically competed with the spirit of both promoting sportsmanship and enhancing understanding and bonding among ASEAN families.
