SON HOA: Allocating capital for development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas

Son Hoa District People's Council has just held the 29th Session (special session) of the 11th District People's Council, term 2021-2026.

The meeting was held to review, comment and decide on the allocation of career capital plans from the central budget in 2025 to implement the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas in the district.

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and assessing the urgency, effectiveness and principles of allocating career capital under the national target program in 2025, in order to serve sustainable development goals in ethnic minority areas, improve the quality of life, and narrow the development gap between regions...

Concluding the session, Mr. To Phuong Bac, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Son Hoa district emphasized: This thematic session is very important in concretizing the major policies and guidelines of the Party and State on the development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas. The timely allocation of capital, with the right objectives and targets, will contribute to promoting socio-economic development, improving people's lives, especially in areas with many difficulties. The Standing Committee of the District People's Council requested specialized agencies to continue to review and fully update actual investment needs at the grassroots level; ensure capital allocation in accordance with regulations, publicly, transparently and effectively, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals and targets in 2025 of Son Hoa district.
