The province also focuses on promoting research, application and transfer of high technology and environmentally friendly biotechnology in production and processing.

Production planning is also reviewed and adjusted to prioritize crops with high economic value and competitive advantages. At the same time, concentrated production areas applying high technology will be developed, combining organic agricultural production with eco-tourism development. For crops that are not yet eligible for high technology, the province will focus on supporting stable production chain linkages with export enterprises and processing factories.
