Aspiration to bring good values
Every year, our country has more than one million people entering working age, plus the number of people who were previously unemployed, leading to the need to create jobs for a large number of workers.
Aiming to join hands to solve employment for workers, Vietnam Human Resources Supply and Training Joint Stock Company was established to help Vietnamese workers who have difficulty finding jobs.
In early 2010, Mr. Nguyen Tuyen Huan, CEO & Founder of Vietnam Human Resources Supply and Training Joint Stock Company, developed a model of supplying labor resources to FDI enterprises. This model contributed to solving the problem of unemployment.
Mr. Huan said that at that time, the market had many competitors, finding customers and building reputation was a big challenge. However, with perseverance and constant efforts, Mr. Huan and his team gradually affirmed their position in the market.
With the desire to call for investment, on August 20, Mr. Huan was also determined to participate in Shark Tank season 7. Mr. Huan proudly shared with the Sharks: "Our company has brought a prosperous life to many people in the highlands, maintained a stable staff and did not lose any customers."
Since its establishment, the company has become a solid, professional and reputable bridge connecting businesses with quality human resources. According to the company's announcement, in just 2 years from 2021 to 2023, the company's revenue increased to more than 55 billion VND and is expected to reach about 120 billion VND this year. Notably, the company is currently supplying labor to about 30 businesses, with a total of about 1,800 employees.
Build compelling services
In addition to revenue from labor leasing, Vietnam Human Resources Supply and Training Joint Stock Company also has revenue from labor referrals. Of which, labor leasing accounts for a larger proportion.
Mr. Huan commented that for FDI enterprises, outsourcing helps them save time and costs, minimizing risks in recruiting workers. Moreover, using outsourced labor also streamlines the human resources apparatus and ensures welfare regimes.
With the motto: "putting prestige first - putting heart in the business foundation", the company provides labor and business support services such as: Labor outsourcing, Temporary labor supply, Human resource management consulting, Labor legalization services, Recruitment services, Labor re-leasing, Production processing...
Vietnam Human Resources Supply and Training Joint Stock Company is proud of its experience in providing human resources for many different fields and professions.
In particular, the company always focuses on selecting and training a team of highly qualified, enthusiastic and dedicated employees.
The company also puts service quality first, considering customer satisfaction as a measure of success.
