With the theme "Making achievements for the Party - Competing to win 3 firsts", Division 302 focuses on completing the emulation contents and targets, including: 100% of cadres, party members, and soldiers have the highest awareness, responsibility, and determination; completing political tasks best; organizing the most practical congress welcoming activities.

Leaders of units signed the emulation covenant at the emulation launch ceremony.

The emulation period will last until the end of the Party Congress of the Division for the 2025-2030 term.

According to Colonel Do Huy Hanh, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Division 302, the peak emulation period aims to create a vibrant and widespread emulation atmosphere throughout the Division to practically achieve achievements to welcome the Congress, thereby promptly encouraging and motivating cadres and soldiers to uphold the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, proactiveness, creativity, overcoming difficulties, striving to compete to excellently complete tasks, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong agency and unit "Exemplary, typical".

To effectively carry out the emulation campaign, the Division requires Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to focus on leadership and organization to thoroughly grasp the purpose and requirements of the emulation campaign for cadres and soldiers; at the same time, specify the content and emulation targets in accordance with the characteristics and requirements of each agency and unit.

Units assign tasks to implement closely, linking the responsibilities of the leading cadres with the results of the peak emulation period. Party committees and commanders at all levels strengthen inspection and assessment of substance, commend and encourage promptly, and combat formalism.
