This land, a convergence of the best elements from the former Van Xuan, Lam Son, and Quang Huc units, is like a ship cutting through the waves, surging forward with renewed strength and momentum. Building upon the solid foundation of a two-tiered local government model, the wide roads, the emerging infrastructure, and the bustling, vibrant pace of life all attest to a promising new chapter.

Visiting Van Xuan today, the most striking impression is the professional operation of a government apparatus that "acts for the people." With a population of over 31,000 people and a vast area of ​​more than 52 square kilometers, the pressure to manage is considerable. The Party Committee and the commune government have transformed this pressure into action, effectively implementing Decision No. 2171-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Committee to streamline the apparatus and improve the effectiveness of public service delivery.

The image of dedicated commune officials, "working until the job is done, not until the clock runs out," has become familiar to the people. The brightest highlight is the establishment of the Commune Public Administrative Service Center - considered the heart of governance in this region.

Here, all procedures are publicly and transparently displayed, and the warm smiles of officials welcoming citizens have dispelled outdated administrative barriers. Maintaining a 100% rate of timely and accurate processing of applications is not just a dry statistic, but a strategic bond of trust between the people and the government, creating a rare consensus of "oneness from top to bottom."

In the spirit of "the State and the people working together," Van Xuan commune actively mobilizes social resources in the construction of rural roads.

The transformation of Van Xuan also stems from the strong Party building efforts, considering cadres as "the foundation of all work." The commune's Party Committee, with over 2,400 members, has truly become the leading force, spreading the spirit of innovation to all 48 residential areas. The fact that 100% of the subordinate Party organizations have successfully completed their tasks or better demonstrates an iron discipline coupled with a humane spirit. This ideological steadfastness and organizational excellence have enabled Van Xuan to maintain a proactive stance, readily accepting and realizing complex political tasks, propelling the locality forward on the path of innovation.

If political stability is a solid foundation, then economic breakthroughs are the leverage for Van Xuan to assert its position. The year 2025 marked a significant milestone as the commune successfully completed all 15 socio-economic targets, with many exceeding the set plan. Total state budget revenue reached over 98 billion VND, while total social investment approached 2,000 billion VND – these figures and results demonstrate a region in its prime.

The influx of investment capital has transformed Van Xuan into a bustling construction site, where future-scale infrastructure projects are gradually taking shape. The DT.315 road stretches along, connecting vital transportation arteries and facilitating trade. The emergence of the Tam Nong Industrial Park, the golf course project, and modern eco-urban areas are gradually realizing the dream of a thriving "satellite city."

In addition to focusing on industrialization, Van Xuan is also very adept at enhancing the value of local agricultural products through the OCOP program. Products that embody the spirit of the land and people here, such as Ninh Diep chicken eggs, Tan Loan honey, and Lam Son hill chicken, have now "taken flight" and reached larger markets.

Raising the average per capita income to 58.13 million VND/year is not only a material joy, but also a fundamental change in the mindset and practices of farmers: from traditional production to sustainable agricultural economy. Every inch of land in Van Xuan is now "an inch of gold," cherished and effectively utilized by the people, creating a prosperous, lush, and promising homeland.

Aiming to build an advanced new rural commune, Van Xuan is focusing its efforts on three strategic pillars: synchronized infrastructure, skilled personnel, and sustainable economy. The planning of the new administrative center on the former Tam Thanh Forestry Farm site is not just about building a modern workplace, but also about constructing a symbol of unity and the long-term vision of the locality.

With large corporations like T&T investing in urban projects, Van Xuan will officially join the ranks of the fastest-urbanizing localities in the region. However, this development must always go hand in hand with the responsibility of protecting the environment and definitively resolving flooding issues to create a green, clean, and beautiful living space.
