Over 5,000 projects and initiatives leave a mark of youth participation.
Promoting the pioneering spirit, responsibility, and creativity of young people, in 2025 the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the province actively implemented many vibrant and practical activities, achieving proud results and milestones. Among these, one of the outstanding achievements was the Provincial Youth Union's effective work in educating young people on political ideology and revolutionary traditions, thereby helping the younger generation to train, mature, and live with ideals. This work was implemented through specific and practical activities in many rich and diverse forms, and was gradually concretized through organizing activities such as: writing research papers, launching campaigns, exchanges, seminars, and rallies commemorating major national, provincial, and youth union holidays; Organizing opportunities for young people to meet witnesses, learn about historical sites, and especially educating them about revolutionary traditions through political activities such as "Continuing the Tradition," and "Journeys to Red Addresses"... Through these activities, the formation of character, the cultivation of life ideals, willpower, and resilience in young people in the current period have been influenced, thereby strengthening their firm belief in the revolutionary path and cause chosen by the Party and the people.
Alongside this, revolutionary action movements and youth support programs have been implemented, and many vibrant and widespread emulation activities have been effectively organized. During the year, youth union branches at all levels focused on launching emulation movements and registering youth projects and tasks to celebrate the Provincial Youth Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term. As a result, more than 5,000 youth projects and tasks have been completed, including the construction of 32km of new street lighting, 17 model roads, and 10 rural transportation routes; the renovation of 54 cultural houses and 144 temporary houses; and the organization of 120 technical transfer activities...
Volunteer activities focused on community life have been effectively and widely implemented, especially during peak volunteer periods such as: the "Winter Volunteer and Spring Volunteer" program; Youth Month; the summer youth volunteer campaign; launching the "Digital Literacy for the People" movement; supporting people in installing VNeID, accessing online public services, and using social media safely. Activities focused on environmental protection and climate change response have been effectively implemented by youth union branches at all levels through organizing activities in response to the tree planting festival, Green Sunday, Volunteer Saturday, and the Provincial Youth Union's Environmental Protection Project. Participation in maintaining traffic safety and order has been well implemented, especially the Provincial Youth Union's plan to participate in maintaining traffic safety and order.
Along with volunteer activities, the program supporting young people in starting and developing businesses has clearly demonstrated the role of the Youth Union in assisting young people on their path to self-reliance and career development. Career counseling, guidance, and job placement services for young people have been widely implemented through various forms such as job fairs and job exchanges. During the year, 125,000 Youth Union members and young people received career counseling and guidance; and 105 new businesses and enterprises owned by young people were established.
Participation in digital transformation activities has been strengthened, with the entire province effectively maintaining 3,899 community-based digital transformation groups; the rate of young people accessing digital capacity building activities reached 93%; and the rate of young people using online public services reached 88.8%.
Digital transformation models such as: "Digitizing historical revolutionary sites, famous landmarks and scenic spots, and youth union activity bulletins on platforms like Zalo, Facebook, websites, and YouTube," implementing the " Food Map" model, and "Cashless weddings and streets"... continue to be developed and expanded.
Breakthrough, innovation
In 2026, with the theme "Pioneering, innovating content and methods of operation," the Provincial Youth Union will continue to strive to complete and exceed key targets, such as: 100% of Youth Union officials and members, and 80% of young people will receive training, understanding, and dissemination of Party resolutions and policies, State laws and regulations, and Youth Union resolutions, conclusions, and policies. At least 1 million Youth Union members and young people will participate in volunteer activities organized by Youth Union organizations. More than 70% of young people will have access to activities that enhance digital skills; more than 80% of young people will use electronic payment accounts. At least nearly 800 ideas and initiatives from Youth Union members and young people will be supported and implemented by the Youth Union. At least nearly 5,000 new trees will be planted...

To realize the set goals, the Provincial Youth Union focuses on implementing a series of solutions, with the main emphasis on continuing to promote political and ideological education, revolutionary tradition education, patriotism, and national pride and self-respect for young people. It continues to strongly promote the pioneering role in responding to and participating in digital transformation activities, applying digital technology in practical life, and enhancing the digital capacity of young people. It implements movements, programs, and activities that inspire, encourage, and motivate young people to improve their self-learning and creativity; and promotes and supports youth entrepreneurship, career development, and economic growth. At the same time, it focuses on implementing the campaign "Building a positive image of Thanh Hoa youth in the new era." It also implements solutions to promote, inspire, encourage, and motivate young people to engage in economic activities and confidently start businesses. Promoting and supporting entrepreneurial activities, career development, skill training, and professional development for young people; focusing on identifying, supporting, developing, and replicating effective and sustainable models and practices; and supporting the implementation of young people's innovative entrepreneurial ideas into practice... Thereby contributing to the successful fulfillment of the province's and localities' political tasks, and contributing to the goal of building Thanh Hoa into a modern industrial province.
