Fog covers Hue

Two days before the VnExpress Marathon Imperial Hue , thick fog covered the entire city until 8am, the weather was cool, and the humidity was high.

Fog has been appearing in Hue for many days now, this is a typical phenomenon of the city in the first months of the year. Le Duan Street right in front of Nha Do Gate at 5:30 am was covered in fog, visibility was reduced to less than 30 m. This is where 10,500 runners will start at the VnExpress Marathon Imperial Hue on April 16.

The Lim wood pedestrian bridge on the bank of the Huong River at the foot of Phu Xuan Bridge turns on its lights to serve pedestrians at 5am.

According to the provincial Center for Hydrometeorology, from the night of April 14 to the end of April 15, Thua Thien Hue may have showers and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing heavy rain with rainfall of 15-30 mm, and some places over 70 mm.

People exercise next to August 23 Street in Ngo Mon Square, where the opening ceremony of the VnExpress Marathon Imperial Hue 2023 will take place.

VnExpress Marathon Imperial Hue 2023 starts at 3am, April 16. The Organizing Committee will distribute Bibs and items to athletes from April 14-15. The opening night starts at 8pm, April 15. The closing ceremony and award ceremony will take place from 9-11am, April 16.
