On the side of Dak Nong province, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court Bui Danh Dai and the collective leadership of the two-level People's Courts attended the conference. On the side of Mondulkiri province, Mr. Than Leng, Chief Justice of the Court of First Instance and representatives of the unit's leadership attended the conference.
The conference was also attended by Mr. Bich Van Nhien, Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, and a number of leaders and officials of the two-level People's Courts of Binh Thuan province.

At the conference, the two sides shared information on the situation of handling and resolving various types of cases and crimes related to the border area.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the two-level People's Court of Dak Nong province accepted 4,022 cases and resolved 2,380 cases, reaching a rate of 59%.

In the first 6 months of the year, Mondulkiri provincial authorities handed over 19 Vietnamese citizens who violated the law, including 1 from Dak Nong.
The main acts were illegal residence and drug use. In contrast, Vietnam also handed over 1 Cambodian citizen who violated the law.

Recently, the security and order situation at the border has still had many potential complications. However, the Dak Nong Provincial People's Court has not yet resolved any cases involving Cambodian citizens.
Dak Nong has not received or sent any judicial entrustment documents related to Cambodia. Households living in the border area strictly comply with the provisions of the law.

At the conference, Dak Nong Provincial People's Court also informed about the restructuring plan and merger into Lam Dong Provincial People's Court from September 2025.

Dak Nong Provincial People's Court (later Lam Dong Provincial People's Court) and Mondulkiri Court of First Instance will continue to maintain the organization of bilateral conferences and talks.
The parties focused on sharing experiences in adjudication, crime prevention and control, and resolving civil disputes involving citizens of the two countries.

The two sides agreed to continue to maintain annual conferences. The sides will promote sharing of experience in adjudication, resolving civil disputes, handling crimes involving foreign elements, and coordinating to disseminate laws and raise awareness among people in border areas.
Both sides believe that the cooperative relationship between the new Lam Dong Provincial People’s Court and the Mondulkiri Provincial Court of First Instance will continue to be maintained and expanded. The goal is to ensure effective judicial support, contributing to maintaining security in the border area.
