Regarding the fight against illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing, it is recommended to combine it with seasonal control, clearly defining which season and month to exploit which species, and to combine it with the restoration of marine resources.
Delegates of the An Giang Provincial People's Council raised the issue: public hospitals, which are funded by the state budget, are supposed to serve mainly health insurance examinations, but they set aside a portion for service examinations. Meanwhile, many private hospitals set aside a portion for health insurance examinations. This will affect the work of propaganda and mobilizing people to participate in health insurance.
In addition, the treatment of household waste and the application of waste classification at source are "standing still", with no change seen, requiring careful consideration.
Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council Ngo Hen requested the drafting agency to absorb the delegates' comments to complete the contents to be submitted to the 2nd Session of the 10th Provincial People's Council.
