NDO - Comprising four episodes with different themes, the 2024 "Science Zone" program, organized by the Center for Science, Technology and Young Talent Development (Cytast, under the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union ), will be implemented in creative spaces and research centers of many universities nationwide and will be broadcast in December 2024.


This program is an activity aimed at implementing Plan No. 65 dated May 24, 2023, of the Central Youth Union on the implementation of Decision No. 1314 dated November 1, 2022, of the Prime Minister approving the project "Discovering, nurturing, and promoting young Vietnamese talents in the period 2022-2030".

The "Science Zone" in 2024 aims to create an environment for interaction and sharing between scientists and experts in Vietnam and internationally with students; to provide knowledge about advanced scientific fields; and to share new research results, perspectives, and academic exchanges with students.

In addition, the program is expected to provide opportunities to explore potential, develop critical thinking skills, and interact with like-minded individuals, fostering a passion for science and inspiring future scientists.

At the same time, the "Science Zone" in 2024 also aims to create opportunities for students to experience and participate in scientific research and technology development projects, and innovation, while further deepening the role of the Youth Union in connecting and promoting young Vietnamese talents.

Reportedly, the guests attending the program include young scientists from Vietnam and abroad who have won the Golden Globe Science and Technology Award, the Vietnam Women in Science and Technology Award, the Khue Van Cac Award, as well as reputable and experienced experts capable of exchanging academic knowledge and inspiring young people about science.

The program has begun filming for its first episodes.

The program takes place in creative spaces, research centers, etc., of universities and is filmed into 4 episodes with the following themes: Applications of AI in learning and scientific research; Exploring astronomy and space technology; Creativity with STEM; Blockchain technology for everyone.
