On the afternoon of August 20, comrade Le Trung Kien, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board chaired a dialogue conference with businesses in An Duong Industrial Park.
At the dialogue, the leaders of Tham Viet Investment Joint Stock Company - the investor of An Duong Industrial Park sincerely thanked the leaders of Hai Phong city; Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board and other sectors, units and localities for creating favorable conditions for the company to invest and develop An Duong Industrial Park. Thanks to that, up to now, the industrial park has basically completed its infrastructure, attracted many secondary investment projects, high occupancy rate, created many jobs for workers and contributed to the budget, making a practical contribution to the development of the city. The company requested the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board and the city to continue to pay attention and create conditions for clearing the remaining area to continue investing in infrastructure, attracting investment...
Secondary enterprises in An Duong Industrial Park also expressed their satisfaction with Hai Phong's administrative procedures, investment, safe and friendly production and business environment. Enterprises requested to be provided with specific instructions and new regulations on procedures for granting fire prevention and fighting licenses, construction investment; granting licenses to foreign workers... They requested the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, city departments, and Tham Viet Investment Joint Stock Company to promptly resolve the flooding situation in the industrial park during heavy rains and ensure stability in electricity and water supply.
Enterprises also reported difficulties and obstacles in recruiting workers; lack of social housing for workers... and requested the city to have policies and mechanisms to attract human resources; increase the fund of low-cost housing for workers...

Concluding the dialogue conference, comrade Le Trung Kien, Head of Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board emphasized that in order to continue maintaining double-digit economic growth, the city in general and Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board in particular always create favorable conditions and provide maximum support to businesses and investors with the motto "The success of businesses is also the success of Hai Phong city".

Comrade Le Trung Kien also provided more information about some new areas and authorities that have been delegated to the Economic Zone Management Board. This will shorten the time and reduce many procedures for businesses. The Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board has proposed that the city in the coming time give priority to administrative procedures for businesses that meet the criteria such as having many contributions to the city, complying with legal regulations, etc.
