Creating consensus among the people on the project of merging administrative units at provincial and communal levels

Currently, localities in the province are actively implementing the content, order and procedures for collecting opinions from voters representing households on the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units in 2025 of Vinh Phuc province; Project on merging Vinh Phuc province, Hoa Binh province, Phu Tho province to establish a new province called Phu Tho province.

Immediately after receiving instructions and guidance from Tam Duong district, Hoang Dan commune organized a conference to assign tasks, guide, deploy the content, order and procedures for collecting people's opinions on the Project to arrange administrative units at the provincial and commune levels for the team of cadres, civil servants, party cell secretaries, village chiefs, and heads of village front work committees. At the same time, the commune leaders also directly discussed and clarified the problems, to carry out the distribution of opinion ballots in accordance with reality, creating the highest consensus among the people, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law.

During the process of preparing to collect opinions, Hoang Dan commune also focused on propaganda work, both creating consensus and encouraging and motivating people to be active and responsible, clearly demonstrating their rights and obligations in participating in giving opinions on the arrangement of administrative units at the provincial and commune levels.

Thanh Van Commune is also urgently completing the work of collecting voters' opinions on the plan to arrange administrative units at the provincial and communal levels, ensuring publicity, democracy and compliance with the law. Thereby, creating high consensus and unity in the entire political system, especially the trust and support of the people for this policy.

According to the project to arrange commune-level administrative units in 2025 of the province, Vinh Phuc will arrange 121 current communes, wards and towns to establish 36 new commune-level administrative units with 32 communes and 4 wards, reducing over 70% of commune-level administrative units; According to the project to merge provinces, Vinh Phuc province, Hoa Binh province, and Phu Tho province will merge to establish a new province called Phu Tho province./.
