Mavin Group celebrates its 20th anniversary

On December 20, 2024, in Hanoi , Mavin Group held its 20th Anniversary Celebration with the theme "Creation - Upgrading - Breakthrough".

This is a special and meaningful occasion to look back on Mavin's glorious development journey over the past two decades, arousing pride and motivation towards the future.

The event was attended by more than 350 guests, including the entire Board of Directors of Mavin Group, representatives of strategic shareholder IFC, close partners and Mavin management staff and employees who have worked for over 10 years at the Group.

A proud journey of creation

On December 3, 2004, Mavin's founding shareholders began a journey of dreams and aspirations. From humble beginnings and a small dream, Mavin people have overcome all challenges, constantly creating and innovating, thereby creating and enhancing the closed value chain "From Farm to Table".

In his opening speech, Chairman of the Board of Directors David John Whitehead shared his memories of the early days of establishment in 2004 with many difficulties and challenges, and his pride when Mavin became a closed-loop value chain enterprise, ranked in the top 10 largest agricultural and food enterprises in Vietnam, recognized with many prestigious awards and titles.

"It is often said that the most important thing is not where you go in life, but who accompanies you on that journey. And all of you, who are present here, in one way or another, have contributed to the success of our Group today. I am very pleased to welcome all of you to this meaningful event.", Chairman of Mavin shared with more than 300 Mavin staff at the Event.

An important ceremony - the highlight of the Event is the Gratitude Ceremony for staff who have worked for more than 10 years at Mavin Group. Representatives of the Board of Directors directly went on stage to express their gratitude and present Commemorative Medals with fresh bouquets of flowers to staff - those who have contributed to the success of Mavin Group today.

Looking to the future, Mr. Dao Manh Luong, General Director, emphasized that in order to continue to succeed in a constantly changing world , Mavin needs to transform more strongly than ever, including efforts in the following aspects: Digital transformation and technological innovation; Towards greener and more sustainable development; Adapting to lead the trend; Investing in people and the community.

The highlight of the program was the "Key Moment of 20 years", when Mavin's Board of Directors together lit up the 20-year symbol in the light of dozens of balls and flash lights from more than 300 phones. The melody of the song "Touching the glory" and the wishes of all guests and staff "Congratulations Mavin!" resounded, bringing emotional, proud, and sublime moments.

The event is an opportunity for Mavin's Board of Directors, the entire management team and long-time staff to reunite, recall memories, express gratitude and honor the milestones of the past 20 years, and get ready for a new chapter - the next 20 years of Mavin waiting ahead.
