Delegates discussed and proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of legal dissemination and education.

The delegates received training on the following topics: Application of information technology and digital transformation in legal education and dissemination; artificial intelligence in legal education and dissemination in the military; amendments and supplements to some articles of the Law on Officers of the Vietnam People's Army and detailed regulations and guidelines for implementation; some new points of the Road Law and the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and detailed regulations and guidelines for implementation; basic content of the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Support Tools and detailed regulations and guidelines for implementation.

Delegates attending the conference acquired skills, methods, and approaches to disseminating and educating about the law, as well as the content of key legal education topics for 2025, as a basis for understanding and implementing legal education and dissemination for officers, soldiers, and the people.

The conference aimed to exchange ideas, discuss, and propose solutions to improve the results of legal education and dissemination work, implementing the Prime Minister 's Project 1371 "Promoting the role of the People's Army in participating in legal education and dissemination, and mobilizing the people to abide by the law at the grassroots level in the period 2021 - 2027" in the coming time.
