Training on new tax policies

To accompany and support businesses and taxpayers in promptly updating new tax policies, helping businesses and taxpayers better comply with the law.

Binh Thuan Tax Department has just coordinated with Vietnam Tax Consultants Association to organize a training course for more than 500 accountants representing businesses and taxpayers in the province.

The training course was taught by two lecturers, Ms. Nguyen Thi Cuc - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Tax Advisory Council, Arbitrator of the VIAC International Arbitration Center, Master Nguyen Huu Tan - Senior Expert, Chief of Office of the Vietnam Tax Advisory Association. The course was held in 1 day, including directly at the Provincial Tax Department's hall and online for tax branches in districts and towns. The training content includes: Instructions on regulations on electronic invoices generated from cash registers, electronic invoices for business activities, retailing gasoline according to the Law on Tax Administration and Decree 123 of the Government . In addition, it also introduces software, application features of electronic invoices generated from cash registers, electronic invoices for business activities, retailing gasoline from units providing electronic invoice solutions.

At the training course, Ms. Tran Thi Dieu Hoang - Director of Binh Thuan Tax Department and 2 lecturers had a dialogue and answered questions about tax payment issues. The trainees had many questions answered about electronic invoices in value added tax refunds, value added tax reduction policy according to Decree 44 of the Government, land rent reduction policy in 2023 according to Decision 25 of the Prime Minister , corporate income tax declaration and payment, personal income tax and tax finalization in 2023...
