On February 13, the Provincial Tax Department held a conference to introduce tax policies and dialogue with businesses in the first quarter of 2025.

Nearly 300 delegates representing businesses, organizations and public service units in the province were introduced by officers of the Provincial Tax Department on a number of contents: Amendments to the Law on Tax Administration, the Law on Personal Income Tax stipulated in Law No. 56/2024/QH15; Resolution No. 60/2024/UBTVQH15 dated December 24, 2024 on environmental protection tax rates for gasoline, oil, and grease; Decree No. 180/2024/ND-CP stipulating the policy of reducing value added tax according to Resolution No. 174/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024 of the National Assembly; Personal identification number replacing the tax code stipulated in Circular No. 86/2024/TT-BTC dated December 23, 2024 of the Ministry of Finance . Tax Department officials also provided guidance on corporate income tax and personal income tax finalization for 2024 to conference delegates; and answered taxpayers' questions related to the implementation of tax policies and administrative procedures...
