Training on Database System to solve problems of long-standing projects

On the afternoon of September 5, the Ministry of Finance held an online training conference on the Database System of the Steering Committee on resolving difficulties and problems of long-standing backlog projects (Steering Committee 751). At the Khanh Hoa bridge, representatives of relevant departments, agencies and sectors attended the conference.

At the conference, delegates listened to representatives of the Ministry of Finance disseminate, thoroughly grasp, and orient solutions to handle difficult and stuck projects of Steering Committee 751; introduce an overview of the structure of System 751. The structure of this system has 2,991 projects nationwide, divided into 7 groups: Group of projects under the inspection plan; group of projects applying Resolution 170 of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects, land in the inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City and Khanh Hoa Province; group of projects under the handling authority of the National Assembly; group of projects under the handling authority of the Government, Prime Minister, ministries and branches; group of projects with difficulties and obstacles under the authority of ministries, branches and localities; public-private partnership (PPP) and build-transfer (BT) projects; List of projects proposed for withdrawal due to no longer having difficulties or problems. Relevant agencies, units and localities are responsible for accessing System 751 to perform operations such as: Entering project list; entering difficulties and problems; proposing appropriate solutions for each group of related projects...

It is known that through review, in the province there are still more than 245 projects and works that are behind schedule, backlogged, prolonged, and ineffective in many fields.
