On July 15, Ship 950 of Squadron 411, Brigade 955, Naval Region 4 safely docked, completing the mission of receiving and bringing sick fishermen from Phan Vinh A Island to the mainland for medical care.

Fishermen are given health check before handover.

Accordingly, at 9:00 a.m. on July 4, fisherman Do Minh Vuong (born in 1983, Tan Hai commune, Da Nang city), a worker on fishing boat QNa 91996TS, was working on the boat when he suddenly experienced symptoms of urinary retention of unknown cause and rectal mucosal prolapse. He was then taken to Phan Vinh A island for treatment.

At 9:00 a.m. on July 11, Ship 950, on duty at sea, received orders from superiors and quickly maneuvered to Phan Vinh A Island to receive patient Do Minh Vuong, organize health care measures, encourage his spirit and ensure absolute safety during the entire journey back to shore.

Carry out procedures to hand over fishermen to their families.

Immediately after docking, Colonel Do Van Son, representative of Brigade 955 Command, directly visited and encouraged the patient; and presided over the signing of the patient handover minutes to his family. After that, the patient was transferred to Treatment Team 486, Naval Region 4 for further examination, monitoring and treatment.
