At the conference, Vice Chairman of Tay Ho Ward People's Committee Bui Tuan Duong reported an overview of the socio -economic situation in 2025 and summarized the results of implementing the conclusions after the dialogue conference of the Party Committee and government in 2024.
The conference recorded 16 comments from the people focusing on socio-economic development, national defense - political security, social order and safety; site clearance work, land management, construction order, environmental sanitation. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ho Ward Nguyen Thanh Tinh directly answered the comments and recommendations within his authority.
In his concluding remarks, Party Secretary and Chairman of Tay Ho Ward People's Council Nguyen Dinh Khuyen respectfully acknowledged the enthusiastic and responsible contributions of the people. Emphasizing the tasks that need to be implemented in the coming time, comrade Nguyen Dinh Khuyen requested the units to continue to uphold their spirit and responsibility, strengthen their close contact with the grassroots to directly listen to and absorb the people's opinions and suggestions, promptly resolve pressing issues, thereby creating trust and consensus among the people with Party committees and authorities at all levels.
Comrade Nguyen Dinh Khuyen also requested units to continue effectively implementing the Grassroots Democracy Charter, promoting people's mastery; creating conditions for the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to promote their roles and responsibilities in social supervision and criticism, and participating in giving opinions on Party and government building.
Along with effectively implementing the full-term working programs of the Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, it is necessary to strictly implement the reception of citizens, resolve petitions, complaints, denunciations, and recommendations of citizens in a timely and proper manner, without allowing them to linger. In particular, it is necessary to focus on land management, construction order, fire prevention and fighting; relic management, etc., considering this a key and regular task that needs to be resolved by the ward Party Committee and government.
The Party Secretary of Tay Ho Ward also requested units to carry out administrative reform well, improve service quality, simplify and shorten the process and time to handle administrative procedures for organizations and individuals coming to contact for work.
