Accordingly, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Le Hong Vinh, along with the provincial delegation and leaders of the local government and people of Con Cuong, Tuong Duong, and Do Luong districts, released 2 tons of fish fry into the Giang River basin in Mon Son commune, Con Cuong district, and the Lam River in Do Luong and Tuong Duong districts. The total number of fish fry released in the three districts was 2 tons, equivalent to more than 8,000 fish, all of which were traditional species: grass carp, silver carp, bighead carp, and common carp.

This activity aims to raise awareness among the community in general and the people in particular about protecting and restoring endangered native fish species, developing commercial fish species, protecting biodiversity, and preventing organic pollution. It also contributes to ensuring livelihoods linked to tourism development for people living around the Giang and Lam rivers.
To protect aquatic resources, in the coming period, all levels, sectors, and local authorities need to continue strengthening propaganda and mobilization efforts, and strictly handle acts of exploiting marine resources using destructive methods; actively coordinate and promote the movement of releasing fish to replenish and develop aquatic resources in the area.

On this occasion, Comrade Le Hong Vinh and the provincial delegation presented 10 computers to Mon Son Secondary School and Mon Son Primary School No. 2.
