Establishment of the Trade Union at Let's Go Gia Lai Co., Ltd.

(GLO) - On the morning of May 27th, the Trade Union of Thong Nhat Ward (Gia Lai Province) held a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of Let's Go Gia Lai Co., Ltd.

At the conference, representatives of the Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union leadership announced the decisions recognizing trade union members; recognizing the grassroots trade union of Let's Go Gia Lai Co., Ltd.; and recognizing the Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee, and the positions within the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the grassroots trade union of Let's Go Gia Lai Co., Ltd.

Accordingly, the Trade Union of Let's Go Gia Lai Co., Ltd. has 51 members. Mr. Le Xuan Quang - Director of Let's Go Gia Lai Co., Ltd. - has been appointed to the position of Chairman of the Trade Union for the term 2026-2030.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Truong Thi My Le, Chairwoman of the Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union, emphasized: The establishment of the grassroots trade union at Let's Go Gia Lai Co., Ltd. is an important milestone in building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at the enterprise. This will be a common home where workers can be listened to, share their concerns, and protect their legitimate rights and interests.

The Chairman of the Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union requested that the Executive Committee of the Let's Go Gia Lai Company Limited's grassroots trade union quickly stabilize its organization and establish a coordination mechanism with the Board of Directors to care for the lives, insurance benefits, and occupational safety of employees, especially drivers and service staff. At the same time, they should launch emulation movements such as "Safe Driving" and "Civilized and Friendly Service," contributing to building a professional and reputable Let's Go Gia Lai brand.

In response to the "Month of intensified membership development and establishment of grassroots trade unions" associated with the 2026 Workers' Month and to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026-2031, the Thong Nhat Ward Trade Union has actively approached businesses, propagated and mobilized the development of union members. In May 2026 alone, the unit established 5 grassroots trade unions and admitted 165 new union members, exceeding the target set by the Provincial Federation of Labor.
