The City People's Committee issued Decision No. 1608/QD-UBND to establish a Working Group to resolve difficulties and problems regarding backlogged projects in the city (referred to as Working Group 751).

Accordingly, the Chairman of the City People's Committee is the Head of the Working Group, and the Director of the Department of Finance is the Deputy Head. The Working Group is responsible for reviewing, updating, and supplementing difficult, stuck, and long-standing projects, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and no omissions of projects, and is responsible to the City People's Committee for the review results.

Pursuant to Conclusion No. 77-KL/TW of the Politburo on the project "Plan to remove difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in a number of provinces and cities", Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City and Khanh Hoa Province and relevant legal provisions, propose specific solutions to completely resolve the removal of difficulties and obstacles for projects under the city's authority, ensuring closeness to reality and preventing new violations from arising.
