On the same day, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Phong Phu Ward People's Committee, had a meeting with local citizens. This was the first meeting with citizens after implementing the 2-level local government model in Phong Phu Ward. On this occasion, people expressed their opinions related to socio -economic issues; in particular, many opinions from Vinh Xuong Residential Group requested the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee to pay attention to resolving the application for granting Land Use Right Certificates (LURCs) at the Town People's Committee (before the merger) which has been delayed until now. Therefore, related cases requested the leaders of Phong Phu Ward People's Committee (the ward merged from Phong Phu Ward and the old Phong Thanh Commune) to guide and resolve the issue of LURCs to individuals and households...
After receiving the opinions of the people, Chairman of Phong Phu Ward People's Committee - Nguyen Van Dung shared and explained the work contents when ending the district-level government, the Phong Dien town-level records (before the merger) were transferred to the new ward. At the same time, he requested the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department to coordinate with the Branch of the Regional Land Registration Office to review each specific record, advise and propose necessary procedures to grant land use right certificates according to regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
