Leaders of Phong Phu ward surveyed the area and listened to feedback from residents.

The delegation members surveyed the public beach area in Phong Phu ward (formerly Dien Loc beach); residential areas in residential groups 6, 9, Giap Nam, and Nhat Tay that are undergoing urban development and upgrading; the high-tech shrimp farming area and tourism and resort service projects; the golf course project, Dien Loc port, etc.

After surveying and listening to reports from relevant agencies and units on the implementation of key projects in the locality, the Party Secretary of the ward, Phan Hong Anh, requested relevant specialized departments to identify difficulties and obstacles, coordinate closely with units, and propose solutions to higher authorities regarding land acquisition, capital, etc., so that investors can implement projects quickly and efficiently, and bring them into operation soon.

Chairman of Phong Phu Ward People's Committee, Nguyen Van Dung, requested relevant departments to develop a plan to resolve practical issues.

On the same day, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Phong Phu Ward, held a public consultation session. This was the first public consultation session after the implementation of the two-tiered local government model in Phong Phu Ward. During this session, residents raised concerns related to socio-economic issues; in particular, many residents from Vinh Xuong residential group requested that the Chairman of the People's Committee of the ward pay attention to resolving outstanding issues related to land use right certificate (LURC) applications at the People's Committee of the town (before the merger), which have been delayed. Therefore, the relevant cases requested that the leaders of the People's Committee of Phong Phu Ward (formed by the merger of Phong Phu Ward and the former Phong Thanh Commune) provide guidance and resolve the issues definitively so that LURCs can be issued to individuals and households.

After receiving feedback from the people, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phong Phu Ward, Nguyen Van Dung, shared and explained the work involved in transferring files from Phong Dien town (before the merger) to the new ward. He also requested the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Planning to coordinate with the regional branch of the Land Registration Office to review each file specifically, and to advise on the necessary procedures for issuing land use right certificates according to regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
