Le Linh Dan, a student in class 9A9 at Phan Dinh Giot Secondary School, said that this year's exam was of similar difficulty to last year's. She completed all the questions and predicted she would score at least 8.5 points.
According to Linh Dan, the most difficult part was the reading comprehension question, which required an answer in about 5-7 lines. "I wanted and could have expressed my opinion more fully, but I had to adjust the content to meet the question's requirements," Linh Dan shared.

Meanwhile, Vu Gia Binh, a student in class 9A6 at Dai Kim Secondary School, assessed the exam as fairly manageable. However, the topic of the reading comprehension section surprised him.
According to Binh, in previous years, reading comprehension materials usually revolved around familiar themes such as love for one's homeland, country, family, or friends. This year, the content focuses on young people in remote and mountainous areas, which is somewhat different from what many students had predicted.
"During the review process, the teachers didn't focus much on this type of topic, so it might surprise some students," Binh said. The male student predicted he would score above 8 points and was quite confident about his chances of being admitted to Nhan Chinh High School.
Hoang Thanh Mai, a student from Tan Trieu Secondary School, also commented that the exam questions were of moderate difficulty and familiar in format, something she had practiced many times. The female student highly appreciated the social commentary section, which discussed the connection between young people in modern life.
In her essay, Mai cited the example of young people actively supporting Miss Huong Giang at the Miss Grand International All Stars competition.
In the reading comprehension section, Mai believes that the question asking candidates to write down two words describing nature is a detail that could easily cost them points if they don't read the question carefully. "If candidates include images instead of just words as required, they could lose points," Mai stated.
Based on her work, the female student predicts she will score around 7-8 points.
