Hanoi announces the revocation of licenses for 24 slow-developing projects.

On May 30th, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Notice No. 591/TB-UBND regarding the revocation of land and termination of operations for several slow-developing non-budgetary capital projects using land in the city.

In accordance with the directives of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; and Plan No. 126/KH-UBND dated March 29, 2026, of the Hanoi City People's Committee on organizing the implementation of solutions to definitively resolve slow-developing projects and works using non-budgetary capital and land in Hanoi City.

In addition, considering the proposal of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the City People's Committee announced the revocation of land and termination of operations for 24 investment projects using non-budgetary capital that were slow to implement.

The Hanoi People's Committee has assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Department of Finance to take the lead in completing the dossier and advising the People's Committee on the land reclamation and termination of the project's activities in accordance with regulations, to be completed by May 31, 2026.
